The Hebei
Jinxi Iron and Steel Group with its headquarter in Beijing was founded in 1986.
The group includes 9 steel and rolling mills for structural steel such as
H-beams and special profiles like hot-rolled sheet piling and special beams.
As a
company of the China Oriental Group Holding, the Hebei Jinxi Iron and Steel
Group has been traded on the Hong Kong stock exchange since 2017. Since 2018,
the Jinxi Group has been one of the 500 largest Chinese companies (169th place)
and is ranked 42nd among the 500 largest private companies in China.
In 2016, the KOHE Group was founded from the German KOCH H&K with headquarters in Shanghai. The focus of activity is in planning, design, E&A, production and delivery of machines and systems for steel and rolling mill technology. The KOHE Group also stands for tailor-made solutions, new products / constructions and for the renovation / upgrading of existing systems and machines.
KOHE Industrieanlagen GmbH, based in Dillingen, Germany, as a branch of the KOHE Group, was founded in 2017. Th company provides technology and engineering for the metallurgical industry.
In the same year, the foreign joint venture KOHE SP Technology,
based in Shanghai, is launched. The focus of the corporate activities is on the development and technology of new special sections and their rolling process design.
In 2018, KOHE SP was officially invited by the British Standards Institute to participate in the revision of the British standard for hot-rolled sheet piling GB / T 20933-2014.
In 2019,
Hoesch Spundwand und Projekte GmbH (HSP) was founded in Germany with its
headquarters in Dillingen / Saar (near the border of Luxembourg and France). With
a share capital of 1 million euros, it is the international sales arm of the
Hebei Jinxi Iron and Steel Group. In 2020, the sales office was opened in
Duisburg near the world’s largest inland port.
The sales
target as a system provider is the development of technical solutions for new
port and deep foundation projects based on the former Hoesch philosophy. HSP
was invited by the European Standardization Institute (CEN) to participate in
the revision of the European standard for hot-rolled sheet piles EN 10248. The
Hoesch Spundwand brand is owned by Hoesch Spundwand und Projekte GmbH.
